Kelp Garlic Salt
Organic Brown Kelp (Laminara digitata) from Reykholar in Westfjords of Iceland and fine flaky Icelandic Seasalt from Norðursalt/Norður&Co also in Westfords with granulated garlic.
Especially delicious on fish dishes and as a finishing salt e.g. on roasted bread.
Arctic Herb Salt
The salt is marinated in decoction of Iceland Moss (Cetraria islandica) and enriched with Arctic Thyme. Both herbs are perennial plants which grows in Icelandic arctic tundra, and Birch, Stone Bramble leaves, Crowberry and Blueberry sap.
Excellent as finishing salt and the earth taste of Iceland Moss and sweet aromatic taste of Wild Thyme goes well with lamb, pork and game, soups and salads.

The Volcano salt is spicy and black!
It fits very well with Barbecued food and gives a good strong flavor of both chili and salt!
The intense flavor and color of our Wildberry salt comes from the marinade off Blueberry and Crowberry sap and the wild whole dried Rowanberries and Juniperberries.
Especially good with lamb or game, and can be a colorful addition to salads, bread and rice
