Reynisdrangar are basalt sea stacks situated under the mountain near the village Vík í Mýrdal on the south coast of Iceland
Legend says that the stacks originated when two trolls dragged a masted ship to land unsuccessfully and when daylight broke they became needles of rock.

Made in Iceland by Gerist. Gerist are Fridgerdur Gudmundsdottir and Kristin Birna Bjarnadottir, who won first prize at the Reykjavík Souvenir Design Competition in 2010 with the products Reykjavik Towel and The Reykjavik Soap.
